Is the future organic?

Organic and biodynamic agriculture are now very fashionable and are often referred to as solutions to our agri-food problems. But are organic products really better than conventional ones? To give an answer, beyond any ideology, it is necessary to rest on concrete scientific evidence, analyze the advantages for the consumer and for the environment and debunk the fabrications of the producers.
